What To Expect During Your First Appointment

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID (if available). For your privacy, we’ll begin your appointment one-on-one, giving you space to share and ask questions freely. If you bring a support person with you, we’ll invite them to join you later in the visit if you wish.

A few things to know:
  • All services are free, and we do not bill or notify insurance for your care.
  • Medical services are provided by licensed professionals in a clinical setting with appropriate medical oversight.
  • We offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can ask questions and take time to process your pregnancy options.
  • First appointments typically last about 60 minutes, depending on the services provided.
